ok what do i don't know?

have just tried to read the chapter by Gary Peters ,'ahead of yes and no. heidegger on not knowing'.   hegel was also discussed.... think i've lost will to read anything else as didn't really understand this chapter at all!

....however, think this quote by Rumsfeld in 2002, when talking about weapons of mass destruction is worth quoting here -

 There are knowns; there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say, we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns the ones we don't know we don't know.

ok, kind of get it.... help!
