Things feeling a bit heavy today... am i tired? Book 'Imagine That-discovering your unique role as a christian artist', by musician Manuel Luz arrived in post..... mainly about being creative in your own field and putting the work in .... quite helpful in asking why churches think anyone can just come along and create for public consumption ... it takes hours of dedicated practice behing scenes. This is on a back burner as art is appearing on agandas of two local churches which my husband is responsible for ...don't believe in christian art, but artists may be christian.Maybe i'm grumpy because i don't want to be involved in this task at moment ....i've got enough other art to be getting on with.

Although i feel i should be creating more work (or starting to) somedays i'm just not in the right space and looking/researching other art is ok to do. ...all helps me position myself as an artist and helps me understand the kind of things that i am interested in making.... all building up to exploratory project where it will be good to be making hard.

Just watched video in links below .... it's good to hear what recent graduates are saying about their work.
