EP WK5 D1 (sat)

arrived back from seeing family in suffolk ....hoped to have done some circle cutting whilst away but never did any art apart from postcard exhibition.... felt a bit strange about going back to where we used to live and made me think of layers of memories in my life...
....had to get out paints when i got home and used colours left over from painting rooms in new house.(rust/red, plaster, deep blue, teale, thistle and a mid green i didn't use) ...loosley based painting on print from allotments....i enjoyed painting but felt i made a muddy mess!! and don't know where to go next, perhaps because i didn't really know where i was going when i started!
have spent quite awhile today (should have been in by midnight yesterday) making and getting presentation to right places (hopefully) for monday pm crit. it feels as if i'm at a place of refocus?

wondered about using some techniques after making star book from allotment photo.








saw art exhibition in aldeburgh.... can't find anything online about 3 artists??! but chatted to one who was sorting out his sculpture and i really liked the vitality of the work.(will add names later)
